All Health Freaks/healthy Eaters!?!?

I'm chubby. I want to eat healthy and make my body healthy. I binge eat…
My mom buys junkfood and thinks it's not junkfood… (she buys Special K cereal, muffins, Activia yogurt, packaged/processed food) She also buys some health stuff like fruits and veggies..
But it's soooo tempting and I can't control myself :(

What do you eat throughout the day?!
What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks in between?!
How do you keep motivated to eat healthy?!

Please help!
I want to be a health freak so bad.. but I just can't control myself!!!!

If I don't eat any junkfood for a week will it be easier to not give in to eat it?!

What should I do ?

Suggestion:

If you eliminate food that causes cravings/addiction then it's easier to avoid unhealthy food. The most logical book I've read and tried with success talks about 3 conditions:
1) candida albicans,
2) hypoglycemia,
3) food intolerances

About your mum, the best way is to educate yourselves about healthy eating. If she is aware about the effects on health that the ingredients in what she gives you (and what she eats) have I don't think she will continue giving you unhealthy foods. Talk about her about these issues, try to both find what is healthy and what's unhealthy. I suggest the following books / papers:

For breakfast, I have boiled eggs or omelette or some plain yogurt sometimes with berries or wholemeal oats and seeds with skimmed milk or skimmed milk or a fruit. I love yogurt!

For lunch, I have some salad, sometimes with meat or fish or yogurt.

For dinner, I have 2 or 3 days of low carb meals ("meaty" meals) with salad, 2 or 3 days of low fat meals ("starchy" meals like rice/pasta/potatoes with salad – no meat with them) and 2 days mixed.

I don't like snacks, but you can have an orange or kiwi if you like, they are full with vitamins.

I drink lots of water.

If you want to lose weight aim at 4 days low carb (i.e. eat meat/dairy from what the family has plus salad) and 3 days low fat (i.e. eat only rice/potatoes/pasta with veggies). Totally avoid everything that has added sugar in it's igredients (or artificial sugars like dextrose, aspartame, syrup, xylitol etc. avoid the -ose -tol endings) . Eat every 4 hours, to allow digestion. The rules of the plan I gave above will help you with weight loss.

The way you'll feel after 5 days will boost your motivation.
