lots of self help motivational psychology books out there.
Anthony Robbins is probably the best known for having proven ways to get really motivated.
i personally like Paul McKenna books because they also come with a self hypnosis tape.
Change Your Life in 7 Days is my favorite.

what i always do is think about the outcome of whatever you want to do. like say you want to lose weight. think about how happy you would be in the end and how easy it will be to do it if you eat one less bad thing each day of do ten more jumping jacks each day. just think about how happy you will be in the end.

Movement…. Exercise is the only thing that will get you there. Nothing you can buy in a store will get you motivated, unless its a pair of sneakers.
