my brother was in the room when his friend was having the bad seizure attack and saw him suffer. Now he's been really depressed and can't get that bad memory out of his mind. Does anybody know any uplifting quotes or anything else I could say to him to help him and give him encouragement? I really don't want him to lose all faith and hope.
I would say to those who mourn… look upon each day that comes as a challenge, as a test of courage. The pain will come in waves, some days worse than others, for no apparent reason. Accept the pain. Do not suppress it. Never attempt to hide grief.

Im sorry for the loss. What you can do is make a scrapbook with the photos you have of your brother and his friend and make a scrapbook. that will make him happy. or ask your brothers friends mum for any photos of him. you can go on a wabsite called http://www.screamcute.com,www.layoutshere.com and http://www.cherrybam.com for some inspiration quotes, just scroll down to it and you'll find it.
