Have You Got Any Exciting, Novel or Inspirational Ideas for Parties for 8 Year Olds?

My daughter will be eight in June, she likes singing, dancing, swimming and tennis. She also enjoys riding her bike, playing guitar and wild life watch. Its causing me a headache as I'm a wheelchair user with no support from my family and my partner works nights so generally sleeps during the day. I do have 3 carers who mainly work in the morning, can get afternoon help as well, also we have a large garden for children to play in.
Would be grateful for any ideas, thanks.

Have it at a park. That is fun and simple.
