How Can I Get Motivated Again to Exercise and Lose Weight?

I need help getting motivated again.. I lost 50 lbs before and I've gained 10 back.. I just want to know how I can get emotionally unattached to food and just look at is as a way to fuel my body like so many others do… I just want to get motivated again, but I need the extra push!

Don't buy the bad food – stay away from temptation! Order food online and get it delivered and only things you know wont make you feel guilty about eating afterwards!

I Know it probably sounds really lame, but lately I've been having the same problem, I dont want to get up early, I dont feel like bring the equipment out, I'm tired, its a day off I want to enjoy it..etc etc, its like every day I've been coming up with a new reason to not work out…this morning I woke up and turned on TV and for some reason decided to watch The Biggest Loser, not even kidding, motivated me, got right up and broke out the ab lounge and trampoline lol. Seriously though, seeing all of the people on the show working out and benefitting from it really got me feeling like I wanted to do the same. You should try it.

Unfortunately, what motivates us all is different. Would a money bribe work? How about being able to compete in a triathlon?

Seriously, those who are successful with weight loss have one thing in common. The Result is more important than the Method. Why are you losing weight? You have to be extremely clear on this answer. You have to see the result so clearly in your mind and want it so badly, that you'll do anything to get it.

So why do you want to lose weight? A simple, because I'm overweight won't cut it. You need to get to an emotional answer. Once you've dug down and really know why, you'll have the motivation to do whatever methods are necessary.

The Result must be stronger than the Method.
