Suggestion:
Have big and long-term goals or dreams. Maybe you're not motivated because you don't have any plans or you don't like what you're doing. Try consulting with your school counselor.

I was also like you. For three years in my college life, I was slacking in my studies and now I suffer the consequences. I had many sources of inspiration and motivation but my procrastinating habits destroyed my career. I wasn't able to to solve my problems in my earlier college years.
You just have to take action in whatever problem you're encountering. Be happy. Have hope in life. Use whatever pain or joy you are experiencing to move and succeed.
Just take action. No matter how many advices people give you, if you don't take any action, nothing will happen.
