Suggestion:
Stop procrasinating, I had the same problem, I was going for a day then went the next day then didnt go for like 4 days.. then went 1 day then did go for like 6.. then finally i went for a week straight, and didn't want to start all over and lose all i gained. So finally I do a 4times a week thing for 1 hour each day. It took awhile to get motivated.. But if you want to look good, and once you do start looking better, you will really be motivated.

Workout with music…walk before beginning your workout to get the blood pumping
Try to do fun things as a workout. For example..work out by playing a sport. That way, you'll have fun, lose weight, and barely think that it's an exercise!

intrinsic motivation is the best, you have to see the benefits of working out , then just go for it
You can say things like this is your last chance, that is what they normally say to people on the biggest loser, also say I will not quit and set your target goal like "I want better abs" or something like that. Hope I helped.
