Well then lets start with ,How our day should start?Get up before sunrise sit before rising Sun and do Tratak(stare the Sun for atleast 2 min.)This time rays are red and not very bright.
While brushing your teeth add an ingredient too .Now whats that .Do your usual brushing and after that with your middle finger take roasted ALUM(Bhuni Phitkari) and rub on to your teeth with thinking of all that what you have to do that day but in a positive way.After this concentrate in the centre of your forehead for say 2-3min.This can be repeated twice or thrice in a day.
Walk on green grass and give water to tulsi which should be planted in the front of your main door of house. Eat lots of green veggies . You should not be deficient in Iron and Calcium.
Sit in front of mirror and talk to yourself in what ever language and style and topic you want . Talk what all you wanted to speak or will speak with everyone..
And finally medidate for atleast 5 min. concentrating on your breath.This gives inner strength which is lacking in such kind of people.The day you succeeded in 5 min. of meditation that you only concentrated on yourself ,You have won my dear.
If you practice these things regularly a day will come when you will be seen talking or rather leading a group discussion and suddenly you will realise that Ya its me.
