How to Change Lifestyle to Be More Motivated and Unlazy?

I used to always be busy, and be self-motivated all through high school. But now i started my freshman year of college and i have lost all my motivation for almost everything. I can't make myself study, clean like i used to, or stick to a diet and exercise schedule, and i also find myself cancelling on friends more and more just because i don't want to go out. i'm not depressed or anything, i just never want to do anything, and i need to change before i screw up my plans and dreams.

i have a hard time getting off the internet.

what are some things i can do or change to motivate myself to get back on track? i need to focus on my education, cleaning habits, health, and friendships. ANY information will help.

Suggestion:

The first things you do in the day set the pattern for the rest of the day.

So, get your exercise done and plan the day so that you look forward to what you are going to do.

Only allow internet after your room is cleaned. A simple rule like that helps. Then, use a timer to make you notice when it is time to switch off again.

Do you lounge around on a sofa? Or sit upright on a hardback chair? Makes a difference if you sit upright.
