How to Loose 30 Pounds As Fast As Possible?*please Help!*?

Ok so I am 30 pounds over weight and I really really want to loose these VERY unwanted pounds. The only problem is that every time I say in my head "oh yeah if i work out sunday through Thursday to the max jillian Micheals." But I NEVER DO IT!!!! How can I motivate my self? What should I eat? Any other tips and hints?? Please please please help!!! Thank you sooo much.!!!

Suggestion:

First of all don't focus on the fast. This is a sure path to failure since it is unhealthy and unsustainable.
If you really want to have results is must be in a slow and steady fashion with a reasonable goal of one pound per week.
A diet per say is not the answer as much as a change in lifestyle that includes healthy eating and exercise.
There are a many tips on the internet that can be easily be searched. 5 small meals a day instead of three, drinking lots of water, counting calories, walking away from the table before feeling stuffed, etc.
On the exercise side you don't need to "work out the the max". You need consistent exercise that will help you burn up extra calories and tone your body.
Cardio – swimming, cycling, walking fast, running, tennis and team sport on some of the ways you can burn off some extra fat.
Gym – weight training will tone up your body and slowly help you get the shape you desire assuming that your goals are reasonable and healthy. Light weight, high repetitions would give you the best results at this stage

A reasonable change in lifestyle with a reasonable amount in exercise is far easier to maintain that looking for the fast result. Make the commitment and the results in your body will be motivation enough to keep going. The people here cannot do this for you – you must find the reasons to do this within yourself.
