How to Motivate Yourself When You;re Feeling Down?

First thing would be to understand why you're feeling down, and see if you can eliminate that feeling. If you're lounging around watching tv or sat at the computer looking for inspiration, thats the reason why.
Sitting down having all the thinking done for you, little physical and mental activity results in the brain adjusting to this accordingly.
In other words, sat down doing nothing causes demotivation, whereas getting up and about and trying to do something constructive with enthusiasm causes your brain to rev up abit and work better.
I probably could have made that a lot clearer…

I just surround myself with people I know make me happy, :)
Do something that makes you happy, and that all varies with each and every person.
What gets me in a better mood is doing something exciting, really.

Go out and go to place you never been before.
