I Need Weight-loss Tips!?

I am 22 and weigh 170 at 5'2''..(i really don't look like I weigh THAT much)
I am looking for some tips on how to lose 20lbs in 2-3 months. (that's 2-3 lbs a week [do-able])
I need some good tips on a routine to get into & info like what time of day is best to work out & how to keep myself motivated. (I always do well for like a month or so and then fall off the wagon) Also, I want to know if there are any foods that help boost weight-loss. yada yada.

Suggestion:

I am telling you based on my experience..
I lose 10kgs in 3 months… I could have lose more if I was more into it and persistent but I seems to lost ny way through..

Anyway this is the best thing u could do i think..

First, wakes up early.. wake up at 7am and start jogging or trake mill.. I will go for 5km run usually for around 35 minutes…
Then do some workouts… need to build some muscle.. do a light one.. Each rep do 4 times (1 rep = 10)
This include all kinds of weight lifting available at your convenience and also sit ups..
They say muscle will increase ur metabolism rate in which able to burn ur food faster..
Then after the exercise which will take around 1 and 1/2 hour.. Take your breakfast straight away…
Your breakfast should be 'ALL BRAND cereal' which contains a lot of fibre with low fat milk..

You should not sit or lie down more than 45 minutes at one time.. Should move around more..

Then around 10 – 11 am grab a fruit or anything light.. Even though u're not hungry still have one…
*** People should eat frequently so that your body will keep on burn the food…

Then at 1pm have ur lunch.. U can have chincken breast – either bake it, grill, steam.. anything u like as long as u dun fry it.. and remove the skin too.. it's fattening… U should it 1/2 of the chicken breast with some salad.. The dressing for salad should be olive oil.. Since mayonaise and thousand island sauce are fattening..

Then at 3-4pm.. again grab something light such as yogurt (0%fat) or one portion of fruit..
Then go for swimming or jogging or any type of sport u like for 30 minutes or longer..

Then prepare ur dinner.. Ur dinner should be salad.. Or u can have fish or chicken as long as it is not fried..

Sleep at 10 – 11pm..

In between drink plenty of water ( 7-8 glasses a day)… Drink water 1 hour on 30 minutes before meal which will make u fuller..

U can do this 6 days a week.. And make sure u set a target every week or month.. then when u reach ur target reward urself with food that u really wanted to it.. Such as cheese cake or rice or anything one one meal.. This will make u feel better…

If u follow this plan I'm sure u can lose 10kg in 2 month or less…

Patience is very important and dun stress over when u dun lose weight first.. Stress can cause ur weight to increase.. remember to drink plenty of water because u might think u're losing weight but it might be just the water weight that u're losing..
