The Benefits of Equality of Living
If men are honest with themselves, they have had it good for a long time as the so-called breadwinner, head of the house-hold (even if you are unemployed) and the Daddy of the Family. But the global debate, division and change is this such a lifestyle has not worked from the 20′s to the 70′s but from then on times have changed and women now do not need that kind of arrangement, hierarchy or lifestyle. I think I need a global fog-horn!
Ladies and Gentlemen, do you remember the typewriter? That steel framed heavy, awkward funny looking contraption that we all rarely used but every now and then it was useful as the only way for years we could type a manuscript, letter or article. In fact, even with the invention of the Typewriter most people at colleges, universities and home still wrote by hand as the it was pretty impossible to place a typewriter in your bag and carry it around between lectures. Then came the Word Processor this was a smarter, lighter, attractive design but still not clever enough to make it portable friendly. Then came the first home PC. As fixed and big as it was definitely not portable – but it had the global potential to connect the user with the world.
The point I am making is in all of that time most men were happily doing manual work of construction and manufacturing era’s where most women were happy for the Man to be the leader and bred winner as most economies of the world supported and shared. Most women who went to work through these periods were being sent to learn to type, word-process and then use a PC and all of its software packages even to this day as the office environment were transitioning through technological change.
What most men and women do NOT understand is your marriage and home-life changed also! Why? Because as women were being trained in technological matters at work the industrial, laboring Man’s world was also being eroded by technological change. Your husband, Son or Boy-friend was changing also within. In other words, secretly unbeknown to most men construction, manufacturing, coal mine and laboring men who never (ladies) had a chance or opportunity to be warned or understand what was going on were little by little being made redundant and obsolete. Fast-forward to 2010 – now it is not even a PC workstation but lap-tops, I-Phone and hand-held devices in demand.
This global transition has not only shrunk the world it has shrunk the size and power of Manhood and employment opportunities. It has given women the global advantage over men because women type, communicate, and manage more in an office, secretarial, service and administrative environment or world than men do. Now, from 2010 onwards women are collectively in the driving seat because now they dominate online, Internet usage of consumerism, social-networking and house-hold income combined. Yet, has the corporate world or most men woken up to the fact that it is now ‘equally’ a woman’s world? No!
This is the ignorance and blindness covering most workforces and families in the 21st Century. And unless, immediate debate and discussions are implemented across all social and corporate sectors of work, living and life ‘equality’ will never be achieved and instead of unity, empowerment and respect one will experience rejection, increased anger and anarchy if men cannot work and achieve a satisfied level of income.
Men and Women Equally It Is Not Your Fault
None of the above even the division, arguments and confusion from the struggle to love, survive and empower each other as Male and Female. How could Male and Female be in charge of global economic or political changes? Surely, governments are to blame for not adequately forewarning, training and educating men who ‘only’ knew the industrial and manufacturing age to now have to learn a totally different world where the Woman is the breadwinner and head. The roles has automatically changed with technology where men now are the least ideal candidate for work online or offline and women literally own the world if they choose they blog, type, service, PA, network, escort, strip or hustle with a web-cam in the comfort of their own home. Does a Man have that choice? No! There is no demand for that compared to a Woman. I agree this is a crude analogy but it is what millions of women dominate and men are using the Internet daily for. This is a different kind of world! A web-cam can interact with the world and all one has to do is get connected to the Internet and turn it on.
Are You Ready For Equality?
Ready or not equality between Male and Female is going to be discussed, implemented or taken by women! I am sure as a Male you are already experiencing the revolt of women putting up with the slave mentality of a Man waiting on a Woman to work, come home cook, clean and do this or that. My suggestions to you as a Man is let gets back to basics! Sit your wife, partner or Woman down, look her straight in the eyes and read this article to her and repeat these words: “I apologize to you as a Woman having to be termed unequal to me as a Man. I now want to work side-by-side equal to you are you willing for this to happen?”
For those of you who agree as a marital or dating partnership congratulations! You are on your way to being the brightest, happiest and most blessed couples on the planet. For those of you Male or Female you are in danger of going it alone and even the feminist divide will land you alone for most of your over 50′s life. Togetherness, unity, love and peace is the only success strategy for Male and Female.
