Okay here goes, c:
When i was young i was a very bony little kid, but stuff happened went threw some hard times and unforchunately turned to food, I got up to about 61kilos and i'm 159cm,
I've lost quite abit of weight already i'm in a size ten at the moment ( i don't weigh myself ) so i'd say i'm in the fiftys, But i want to weight about 45-46 kilos.
i want to know how you guys did it and suceeded.
I'm eating about 700-800 calories at the moment, And i know, I know that's alot. please don't bash me about it, i'd eat less i'm just not sure what to eat, and if i'll get rebound weight.
Also i work out everyday, i do not want a toned healthy looking body, i do want to be toned but in the thinnest way possible, if you guys get what i mean. as in i don't want to look like a personal trainer :I
I want to look like a runway model.
i usually do 1hr running on the tredmil and sit ups, & push ups.
Also i drink 5 green teas a day, and drink alot of water.
i smoke too to help the cravings.
Anywho please help me, It would be so apreicated <3
Also i'd like a friend that i can chat to on msn or something to help me stay motivated and such, keep me on track and share things

are you female? If so for your height and the weight you want to be, depending on your bone structure you don't need to be anorexic to get there. I'm 164cm's and weigh 48kg's. Tell you right now what you're doing will pretty much guaranteed end up making you fatter. And no, I'm definitely not anorexic.
