Read aloud the lesson you wish to learn. This way your brain will better retain the information. When you are doing this exercise make sure that you are alone in the room. You can’t listen to music or have the TV on during this time.

The visual memory can also help you remember better. All you have to do is to open your eyes. You can use all your senses to improve your memory but this is the most effective. As an example you can use different colors to write down the most important things you have to do. Associate each task with a colour.

Relate the new information you want to remember to things that you already know. This will help you remember them a lot easier. For example if you wish to learn a new technique for your job all you have to do is to think at other similar techniques you are using.

With a positive attitude and a lot of concentration you can improve your memory. Try to focus on the things you wish to learn. Use all your senses to remember things.
