Staying Motivated to Lose Weight, Pics Incld?
hi everyone!! I had a baby almost a year ago (cant beleive it) well im FINALLY down to my post pregnancy weight, Ive lost 40 pounds, I gained alot of weight during my pregnancy!! Well I was 204 pounds when I started weight watchers its been over a month, and ive lost 14 pounds so far. Ive liked completely stopped doing it, or I'll do it whenever I feel like it. How can I get back of track, and stay motivated?? I dont want to be fat!! Any ideas?? I just get bored very easily… also I enclosed two pics one when I was 204 and one now, can you tell the difference??

Suggestion:
well your very pretty just always think about and picture what you wanna look like it will help keep you motivated and excited about when that day comes also, try wii fit it is very fun and it actually help you pin point where you wanna be in a cretin amount of time , they have yoga, aerobics, and there mini game are great for burning calories, its something fun for the whole family. also did you know that your posture is part of the problem with burn fat??
