Abuse leaves frightful scars sometimes never being healed as the victims did not know they could be and so carried the scars all the way through life. My heart goes out to these people and if you are lucky enough to have never been abused then please show empathy towards those who have because it is a very lonely journey, leading sometimes to death or the unfortunate death of others ...
