What Are Some Good Self-help Self-motivation Books?

I need a good effective book to motivate me, help me be a better person, and lose weight.

Suggestion:

There's a great book called "There's Nothing Wrong With You" by Cherie Huber. That I recommend to anyone anytime they start doubting themselves for one thing or another. Too many self help books only seem to deal with the "symptoms" and not the real underlying issues that are held deep inside. By that I mean, "Why DO we feel the way we do about ourselves…that cause us to behave in unhealthy ways"? Give this book a chance to unlock the mechanisms inside as a catalyst for change.
