It varies from customer to customer.

2. Presentation
3. What's said in advertisement
4. Brand name
5. Creating necessity in user's mind
6. Cost

A customer in happy mood may select a product which looks good. Price and utility may not be a factor to him.

A customer with irritated mood would not buy any new brand or product at all.

A customer with financial crisis would Select only the product if it is absolutely useful.

How much pleasure will the product give them seems like the main factor.
