I love my bed, I love my pillow, it is so warm and cosey here and I will start to exercise tomorrow.
But tomorrow never happens. So what do you do to motivate yourself to get up early and workout?
Suggestion:
Thank you God i am strong yes i go out n run swim exercise i take care of my body yes i have a life to live many things to do to achive yes the weights the walker yes the park the pool TY GOD for this great day
