I currently coach football, all I can give you is what our varsity TE lifts… but, maybe it will help you out.
TE: 6ft 2in. 220ish
Bench- 285-290
Squat- 435
PC- 260
No Mil. Press
BenchPress-225
Squat-385
Deadlift-315
Powerclean-135
Military Press-doesnt matter not a major lift. Switch to shrugs. Better for the shoulders.
I play linebacker and am now playing at a division 2 college full ride. But thats where i was at when i was a freshmen in highschool.
