I ask this question because i am curious based on what i have so far studied and based on statistics also/
I am not by any means a racist or biased and i will be greatly annoyed if i get accused of either.

Suggestion:
the same things as white or other people that commit the same crimes. want or need for money, want or need for money for drugs, want or need for power, want or need for the "thrill", because they can, anger, feelings of inadequacy, cuz they are egged on by "mates", or are in a gang and have to do these things in order to stay in the gang. because they get into a downward spiral and don't know how to get out of it, or because they are mentally ill, or because they are just plain nasty, evil excuses for human beings!
